Thank you for shopping with Thryv Energy. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within [5 business days] after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking information once it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: [5-7 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Delays

Thryv Energy is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first, then contact us if you need further assistance.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at your expense.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at braxton@thryvenergy.com with your order number and photos of the packaging/product.

We will work with you to resolve the issue.
