Thank you for shopping with Thryv Energy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we’ve outlined our return and refund terms below.

1. All Sales of Opened Product Are Final

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This ensures product safety for all customers.

2. Returns of Unopened Product

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at braxton@thryvenergy.com with your order number.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged in transit).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at braxton@thryvenergy.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to try a different product, please place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Opened or used products.

Products purchased from third-party retailers (please contact them directly).

Gift cards.
